We are Hermes Fulfilment – the Otto Group's customer-oriented warehousing and returns logistics company. At our facilities in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, USA and Switzerland, we store and pack items for shops such as OTTO, bonprix and About You. If something needs to be returned, we also take care of the returns process. Every year, our approximately 8,000 warehousing heroes move around 500 million items of goods: From smartphones to washing machines, from shoes to denim jackets. Our goal is to be one of the three largest B2C fulfillment service providers in Europe by 2028.
